The Petitioner has approached this Court seeking the following reliefs:- "I.
Issue a writ of Mandamus, or any other appropriate writ, order, or direction, directing the Debt Recovery Tribunal, New Delhi, to hear and dispose off Transfer Appeal No. 1/2022 within a time-bound manner.
II.
Direct the Respondent to refrain from seeking unwarranted adjournments and direct the Tribunal to avoid granting unnecessary adjournments so as to ensure the effective and timely adjudication of the matter;
III.
Grant such further relief as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case." 2.
After some arguments, learned counsel for the Petitioner has sought liberty to withdraw the Petition.

It is always open for the Petitioner to request the Debts Recovery Tribunal ["DRT"] for an early adjudication of the case which this Court hopes would be considered sympathetically by the DRT and an endeavour would be made to expedite the hearing depending on the board of the DRT.

It is made clear that this Court has not made any observations on the merits of this case.

The Writ Petition along with pending application(s), if any, stands disposed of as withdrawn.
