After some hearing, it is agreed that the petitioner would file a response to the Show Cause Notice (SCN) dated 08.05.2026 and would also appear for any hearing that may be scheduled by the concerned Engineer Incharge, who has issued the said SCN. 2.

It is agreed that the reply shall be filed within a period of seven days from today and a hearing, if any, shall be scheduled by the Engineer Incharge thereafter. 3.
