The present suit was settled between the plaintiff and the defendants no.1, 2 and 3, before the Delhi High Court Conciliation and Mediation Centre, and a decree based on the same was passed on 23rd February, 2024. 2.
It was noted in the said order that the suit shall only continue in respect of the defendant no. 4.

Counsel for the plaintiff submits that the plaintiff does not wish to proceed against the defendant no. 4.

Accordingly, the present suit qua defendant no. 4 is dismissed as not pressed.

Let the decree sheet be drawn up accordingly. 6.
Since the matter has been settled in mediation proceedings, the Registry is directed to issue a certificate of refund of entire Court Fees in favour of the plaintiff, in terms of Section 16 of the Court Fees Act, 1870, read with Section 89 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908. 7.
All pending applications stand disposed of.
