1. The present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India was filed assailing the order dated 19.03.2019 vide which the petitioner was transferred from CG-RPR to 76 Bn. J & K.
2. Though despite passover, the arguing counsel for the petitioner is not available, learned counsel for the respondents submits on instructions that the impugned transfer order in itself has been cancelled by the respondents and therefore a fresh posting order, in accordance with law, will be issued in favour of the petitioner.
3. In the light of the aforesaid stand taken by the respondents when the impugned order in itself stands cancelled, nothing further survives for adjudication in the present petition, which is accordingly, disposed of The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. The Order is downloaded from the DHC Server on 29/08/2024 at 12:32:05
by directing that in case the petitioner is aggrieved by the fresh transfer order to be passed by the respondents, it will be open for him to assail the same as per law.
