The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, praying that FIR bearing No.0386/2018, under Sections 448/506/120-B of the IPC registered with Police Station Burari, be quashed. It is the petitioner's case that the said FIR was registered at the instance of the complainant, against whom the petitioner had filed an FIR. He submits that he had also made complaints against various police officials.

A status report has been filed which indicates that the disputes between the petitioner and the complainant relate to certain land falling in Khasra No.18/3/1, Village Jharoda Majra, Burari, Delhi-110084.

Mr. Lao, the learned ASC submits that the disputed ownership of the said land is pending before the SDM and further steps shall be taken only after the SDM has rendered his decision. He submits that till then it is not proposed to take any coercive steps against the petitioner or any other party. 6.

In view of the above, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file it afresh if a cause so arises.
