Learned counsel for the petitioner has handed over a copy of the order dated 24.09.2025 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, New Delhi District, Patiala House Courts, New Delhi (learned Trial Court) which records that the petitioner has since passed away, as also his Death Certificate. He submits that based thereon the proceedings before the learned Trial Court have abated. Both, the aforesaid order dated 24.09.2025 and the Death Certificate are taken on record. 2.

In view of the aforesaid, the present petition, being infructuous, is disposed of alongwith the pending application.
