The petitioners have filed the present petition, inter alia, praying that directions be issued to respondent nos.1 and 2 to take appropriate action against respondent nos. 3 and 4 and further, to protect the petitioners. It is stated that petitioners have married against the wishes of some of their family members. A status report has been handed over, which indicates that inquiries were made and it was found that the petitioners are now living peacefully. They no longer apprehend any threat from respondent nos. 3 and 4.
