Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the parties have been able to reach an amicable settlement and have assured each other of performing their respective obligations in terms of the said settlement. He further states, upon instructions, that since the period of obligations is spread over a few months, he does not wish to press the present petitions at this stage and seeks liberty to approach the Court in case the need arises. 2.

In view of the above, leave and liberty, as prayed for, are granted and the petitions are dismissed as withdrawn.
