These are applications under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of anticipatory bail. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the son of the petitioners, namely, Ashish, one of the accused, has already been granted bail by the Trial Court vide order dated 1.8.2019. Learned APP does not deny this fact. 3.

Status report has been filed, wherein it is stated that, on 7.4.2019, a call was received at PS; Nihal Vihar, Delhi regarding suicide committed by the sister of the caller at

H.No.A-26, Gali No.3, Shiv Ram Park, Nangloi, Delhi. The ASI reached at the place of incident and found one lady in an unconscious state, and on inquiry, it was found that Smt. Rajbala, daughter of Ram Dass had committed suicide. She was admitted to the hospital, where she was declared brought dead. The statement of the father of the deceased was recorded, wherein he stated that the husband of the deceased used to beat his daughter.

Taking into consideration status report filed by the State as well as the allegations made against the petitioners and the grant of bail to one of the accused, this Court deems it proper that the petitioners, in the event of their arrest, be released on furnishing personal bonds till 30.9.2019, in the sum of Rs.20,000/, with one surety each of the like amount to the satisfaction of the lO/SHO. However, if need of arrest arises thereafter, the 10 shall give five working days notice to the petitioners so that they may avail the legal remedy. Meanwhile, the petitioners are directed to Join and cooperate in the investigation, as and when called by the lO/SHO in writing; that they shall not involve in any activity which may prejudice the prosecution or the witnesses.
