The present writ petition has been filed seeking directions to respondent nos. 1 to 6, to remove illegal and unauthorized construction, being carried out by respondent no. 7, over the property/land measuring 200 square yards., situated in Village Burari, Gali No. 1, C Block, Parvatiya Anchal Burari, Delhi-110084.

Perusal of the aforesaid Status Report filed on behalf of the MCD shows that a Demolition Order was passed on 27th May, 2025, pursuant to which, partial demolition action was also taken on 25th June, 2025.
