The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State submits that there are certain material witnesses which are yet to be examined.

He submits that the land lady, at whose premises, the equipment/ tools used for printing the fake currency, were recovered, had disclosed that the applicant was paying the rent for the premises.

He submits that the land lady is yet to be examined and is a material witness.

4.

He submits that all the material witnesses are likely to be examined within a period of five to six months. 5.

In view of the aforesaid, the learned counsel for the applicant seeks liberty to withdraw the present bail application The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
