The hearing was conducted through video conferencing. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has now been shifted to a ward.

Affidavit on behalf of the respondent has been sent over email of the Court Master. The same is taken on record. 4.

Learned counsel for the Respondent - All India Institute of Medical Sciences, submits that under the Pradhan Matri Jan Arogya Yojna, petitioner is not entitled to admission in a private ward, he, however under instructions, assures that all possible medical treatment, as required depending on the medical condition of the petitioner and as advised by the consulting doctors, would be provided to the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the assurance given by learned counsel for the respondent, he does not wish to press the present petition any further and seeks leave to withdraw the same reserving his liberty to approach this Court afresh if need so arises.

The petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
