The present petition has been filed under Section 482 CrPC seeking extension of interim bail for a period of one month in connection with FIR No.1477/2014 under Section 354 IPC and Section 10 POCSO Act registered at PS Malviya Nagar.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that he is praying only for extension of two weeks.

The petitioner was granted interim bail vide order dated 30.04.2024 subject to the conditions mentioned herein. After the grant of interim bail, it appears that the petitioner has undergone angioplasty and has been advised post procedure care. In view of the above, issue notice. Learned APP for the State accepts notice.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he also has instructions to say that no further extension shall be sought in the present case. The statement is taken on record.

In view of the above submissions and regard being had to the medical record, the interim bail granted vide order dated 30.04.2024 is extended for a further period of two weeks from today on the same terms and conditions as mentioned in the said order.

The application is disposed of.
