This application is moved by the petitioner under Section 439 Cr.P.C. seeking interim bail for a period of six weeks. 2.

Learned APP for the State is present on advance notice along with Inspector Chetan Singh from Police Station Khyala. 3.

The petitioner is seeking interim bail on account of the scheduled surgery of his wife on 28.06.2024 at Lamba Hospital & Nursing Home, Janakpuri, New Delhi.

The IO has verified that the scheduled surgery is going to take place for removing multiple stones from the gall bladder. The report is taken on record.

Having regard to the fact that the wife of the applicant is evidently living with her two brothers, namely Karan and Sahil and The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. her two sisters are also residing nearby to her house and there are family members who can very well take care of her, this Court is not inclined to allow this application.
