Through the present Writ Petition, the Petitioner prays for issuance of the Writ in the nature of Mandamus to direct the Respondents to accept his request for permitting him to resign. 2.

The Petitioner had submitted resignation on 30.03.2026, which is claimed to be pending with Respondent No. 3. 3.

Keeping in view aforesaid position, the Writ Petition is disposed of while directing Respondent No. 3 to take a final decision in accordance with law on the Petitioner's request within next six weeks.

The present petition is disposed of with the aforesaid directions. Pending application also stands disposed of.
