In view the fact that the supplementary chargesheet is now sought to be filed, the learned counsel for the applicant seeks liberty to withdraw the present application and file afresh after the arguments on charge takes place before the learned Trial Court.

The application is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
