This application has been filed under Section 438 read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (in short, 'Cr.P.C.') praying for the grant of Anticipatory Bail to the petitioner in the event of his arrest by the Police in relation to the FIR No.0225 of 2024 registered at Police Station: New Ashok Nagar, East-District, Delhi for offence under Sections 323/341/377/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (in short, 'IPC') and Section 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 (in short, 'POCSO'). 2.
One of the contentions in the application was that the applicant is aged around 14 years and is a minor.

Keeping the above plea in mind, and considering the mandate of Section 12 of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2012 (in short, 'JJ Act'), this Court by its order dated 26.04.2024 had granted interim protection to the applicant. 4.
Though the further proceedings in case of a juvenile are to be undertaken by the Juvenile Justice Board, I am informed that post the above order, the applicant has not been produced before the Juvenile Justice Board.

The IO submits that the applicant can appear before the Board on 24.05.2024 at 11:00 AM.

The applicant shall produce himself before the Board at the above date and time communicated by the IO.

Further proceedings, including consideration of the prayer made in the present application, shall be considered by the Board in accordance with law and remaining uninfluenced by any observation made in the order dated 26.04.2024 of this Court. 8.
Till the appearance of the applicant before the Juvenile Justice Board, the interim order shall continue.

The application is disposed of in the above terms. 10.
