one week or to grant parole to the petitioner for a period of two months .

Mr. Amol Sinha, the learned Additional Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent submits that the parole application filed by the petitioner before the competent authority has been dismissed.

The report with respect to rejection of parole has been handed over in Court today, the same is taken on record. 6.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has also handed over an Order dated 31.01.2025 passed by the Supreme Court whereby the Special Leave Petition filed against the Judgment and Order dated 12.09.2019 has been dismissed. The same is also taken on record. 7.

It is submitted that the petition has become infructuous. 8.

In view of the above circumstances, the petition has rendered infructuous and is, accordingly, disposed of.
