By way of the present petition, the petitioner seeks to assail the order dated 13.09.2019 passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Dwarka Court, Delhi in the proceedings initiated by the respondent under Section 12 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005. 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly does not press the present petition to assail the impugned order, however, he prays that considering that the case pertains to the year 2016, the same may be disposed of expeditiously.

It is informed that the matter is still at the stage of complainant's evidence since the year 2018.

The respondent, who is present in person, submits that the petitioner has not paid any arrears of the interim maintenance. 5.
At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions from the petitioner, who is present in the Court, undertakes that the petitioner The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. would clear the arrears of maintenance within four months from today. The undertaking is accepted, taken on record and he is made bound by the same. 6.
The trial court is directed to consider the petitioner's request to expedite the hearing and make an endeavor to conclude the same within one year from today.

The parties, who are present in the Court, also submit that they would not seek any unnecessary adjournments.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of alongwith the pending application.
