This application has been filed seeking modification of order dated 7th August 2024 passed by this Court granting bail to petitioner subject to certain conditions.

It is submitted that as part of bail conditions, this Court had also directed the petitioner to mark his presence physically before the concerned IO every Friday at 4:00 pm.

Counsel for the petitioner points out that petitioner is a permanent resident of Rajasthan and is therefore unable to mark his presence weekly before the IO at police station in Delhi.

In the facts and circumstances as noted above, the application is allowed. Para 15 (vi) of order dated 7th August 2024 stands modified to the extent that petitioner shall mark his presence physically before the SHO at PS Kachhola District Bhilwara every Friday at 4:00 pm. and will not be kept waiting for more than an hour.

Rest of the conditions mentioned in para 15 of order dated 7th August 2024 shall remain unchanged.
