On 15.05.2026, the submission of Mr. Mohan, learned senior counsel for the petitioner was noted by the Court, who contended that the directions be issued to respondent no.2 to reconsider the order of suspension after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. Learned counsel who appears for respondent no.2, on instructions, submits that the opportunity of hearing was already extended to the petitioner. However, if the petitioner has any additional material, they are open to reconsider the same.

In view of the aforesaid, let the petitioner to file a detailed representation to respondent no.2 within one (1) week from today. The petitioner is granted liberty to take additional issues which it might not have taken in earlier hearing. The petitioner shall also be at liberty to enclose additional documents, if any.

If the petitioner does so, let respondent no.2 to extend the opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner or to its representative. Respondent no.2, thereafter, shall pass an appropriate order in accordance with law. 5.

With the aforesaid directions, the petition, along with pending application, stands disposed of.

All rights contentions are left open.
