The petitioner vide the instant petition seeks for an award of compensation of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh) for violation of fundamental rights at the hand of respondent no.2. 2.

established, the petitioner may not be entitled for the compensation. Respondent no.2 is the Head Constable at Police Station Madhu Vihar and certain allegations have been made against him by the petitioner. 3.

Since, the complaint essentially is against a police personnel and under Government of NCT of Delhi, there exists a grievance redressal authority headed by a former judge of this Court, which is known as the Police Complaints Authority, let the petitioner to make a complaint before the said Authority.

Needless to state that, if the petitioner approaches the said Authority, let his grievance be appropriately considered. Depending upon the outcome of the complaint, if the guilt is established in the part of respondent no.2, the petitioner shall be entitled to file a fresh petition seeking compensation. 5.

With these observations, the instant petition stands disposed of.
