The present transfer petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking transfer of PC No.27/2013 titled as 'Sunil Kumar Vs. State & Others' presently pending in the Court of Dr.Shahabuddin, ADJ, Rohini Court to the Court of Mr.Sanjay Kumar, ADJ (West), Tis Hazari Court, Delhi where PC No.44/13 titled as 'Anil Kumar Vs. State & Ors.'; PC No.13/14 titled as 'Sunil Kumar Vs. State & Ors.' and PC No.47/14 titled as 'Anil Kumar Vs. State & Ors.' between the parties are pending. 2.

Heard. Learned counsel for the respondent No.2 submits that he has no objection if the prayer of the petitioner is allowed and PC No.27/2013 titled as 'Sunil Kumar Vs. State & Others' pending in the Court of Dr.Shahabuddin, ADJ, Rohini Court is transferred to the Court of Mr.Sanjay Kumar, ADJ (West), Tis Hazari Court, Delhi where connected matters between the parties i.e. PC No.44/13 titled as 'Anil Kumar Vs. State & Ors.'; TR.P.(C.) 22/2016

PC No.13/14 titled as 'Sunil Kumar Vs. State & Ors.' and PC No.47/14 titled as 'Anil Kumar Vs. State & Ors.' between the parties are pending. 3.

In view of the above submissions made by learned counsel for the parties, PC No.27/2013 titled as 'Sunil Kumar Vs. State & Others' is withdrawn from the Court of Dr.Shahabuddin, ADJ, Rohini Court and is assigned/transferred to the Court of Mr.Sanjay Kumar, ADJ (West), Tis Hazari Court, Delhi where PC No.44/13 titled as 'Anil Kumar Vs. State & Ors.'; PC No.13/14 titled as 'Sunil Kumar Vs. State & Ors.' and PC No.47/14 titled as 'Anil Kumar Vs. State & Ors.' are pending, for disposal in accordance with law.

It is submitted that next date of hearing in one of the connected matter i.e. PC No.47/14 pending before the Court of Mr.Sanjay Kumar, ADJ (West), Tis Hazari Court, Delhi is 18th May, 2017. 5.

Parties are directed to appear before the transferee Court on 18th May, 2017.

The petition stands disposed of in above terms. 7.

Copy of the order be given dasti to learned counsel for the parties. 8.

A copy of this order be also sent to the Courts concerned through concerned District & Sessions Judge.
