BAIL APPLN. 1175/2019 Upon notice, Mr. M.S.Oberoi, Additional Public Prosecutor for respondent-State has handed over status report. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that the quarrel had taken place on the parking issue and complainant party was the aggressor. It is submitted that lathi/danda blow alleged to be given by petitioner had caused simple injury and the injured was discharged from the hospital on the same day. Petitioner is said to be in custody since 11th March, 2019. Without commenting on the merits of the case, it is directed that petitioner be admitted to bail subject to his furnishing bail bond in the Page | 1

sum of ₹20,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of trial court concerned.

Accordingly, this application is disposed of. Dasti.
