This is an application under Section 439 of the Criminal Procedure Code, 1973 seeking regular bail in case FIR No.119, registered at Police Station Mundka, New Delhi, under Sections 302/397/506/34 of the IPC and Sections 25/27/54/59 of the Arms Act. 3.

The record shows that a similar application for bail, moved by the petitioner before the learned Additional Sessions Judge, was dismissed as withdrawn on 07.07.2020. When confronted with this order, learned counsel for the petitioner concedes that the present

application is not maintainable at this stage and, therefore, seeks leave to withdraw the application.
