The present petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India read with Section 151 Civil Procedure Code ("CPC") has been filed impugning the order dated 15.01.2024 passed by the learned ADJ-02, NorthWest district, Rohini Courts, Delhi ("Trial Court"), in CS DJ No.448/2023 titled as "Rajender Bajaj vs. Paritosh Manchanda", whereby the learned Trial Court has directed to take the written statement of the petitioner on record subject to deposit of 50% of the suit amount. The petitioner herein is the defendant before the learned Trial Court. 4.
