This petition is filed seeking quashing of order dated 08.04.2022 whereby the revision petition filed by petitioner was dismissed. 2.

The brief facts are that the petitioner applied for demarcation of the land in the year 2015 and the application was dismissed by the Tehsildar on 16.03.2017. The appeal filed by the petitioner against the order of the Tehsildar was accepted on 04.08.2017 and directions were issued to conduct demarcation within thirty days. On getting a legal opinion, the appellate authority vide order dated 21.02.2018 suo-moto revoked the appellate order. The revision preferred by the petitioner was dismissed on 08.04.2022, hence, the present petition.

One of the bone of contentions involved in the present petition is that after urbanisation of the land in the year 1964 which authority will deal with the land.

The said issue is pending before the Larger Bench of this Court. Considering that the main bone of contention is sub-judice before the Larger Bench of this Court, the impugned order passed by the revisional authority is set-aside and the matter is remitted back to decide it expeditiously afresh after the decision by the Larger Bench of this court and by giving opportunity of hearing to the parties.

The writ petition is disposed of.
