At the very outset, Mr. Hasibuddin, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that petitioner intends to file appropriate civil suit seeking appropriate remedy and, therefore, while reserving his rights and contentions, the petitioner is no longer interested in pursuing with the present contempt petition.

The present contempt petition is, accordingly, disposed of as not pressed.

Petitioner is always at liberty to take appropriate action as permissible under law.
