The present petition has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of the order dated 17.04.2023 passed in W.P.(C) 10345/2020. 2.

Having heard learned counsel for the respondent, this contempt petition is bereft of any merits. As per the order dated 17.04.2023, the grievance of the petitioner with regard to non-supplying of the bank statements for the relevant years including deduction of T.D.S. on supply of the relevant documents was addressed to his satisfaction. 3.

If the petitioner has any grievance with regard to the excessive deduction of tax, he shall be at liberty to approach the concerned Income-Tax Assessing Officer. No further directions are called for as against the respondent-Bank.

The present contempt petition is dismissed.
