This is petition seeking extension of the interim bail that was granted by an order dated 02.07.2020 passed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court in BAIL APPLN 1323/2020.

Ms Sharma, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that in terms of the order dated 13.07.2020 passed by the Full Bench of this Court in W.P.(C) 3037/2020 captioned Court on its Own Motion v. State and Ors., all interim orders including orders granting bail are extended till 31.08.2020.

In terms of the order dated 13.07.2020 passed by the Full Bench of this Court in W.P.(C) 3037/2020 captioned Court on its Own Motion v. State and Ors., the present petition is allowed and the interim bail granted to the petitioner by an order dated 02.07.2020 is extended till 31.08.2020 on the same terms and conditions as set out in the order dated 02.07.2020 passed in BAIL APPLN 1323/2020.
