Learned counsel for the parties submit that the inter se disputes have amicably been settled under the aegis of the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre and the settlement terms have been reduced into writing vide the Settlement Agreement dated 12.12.2026. 2.

The said Settlement Agreement has been filed. 3.

The terms of settlement are recorded in the para 4 commencing from para 4(a) to 4(k) of the Settlement Agreement. Learned counsel also submits that the compliances are already complete.

The Settlement Agreement dated 12.12.2026 alongwith all its annexures appended thereto are taken on record. The parties are bound by the terms of the Settlement Agreement.

In view thereof, there is no impediment in decreeing the suit itself. 6.

Let a decree sheet be drawn up in terms of the para 4(a)to 4(k) of the settlement agreement dated 12.12.2026.
