By way of the present application, the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to approach appropriate authorities i.e. Special Court under Section 8(7) / 8(8) of the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002.

Considering the aforesaid and considering the averments made in the application, the same is allowed. Accordingly, W.P.(C) 8867/2022 is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh petition in case a cause of action accrues in future.
