The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has no instructions from the petitioner. He seeks liberty to take discharge from the present matter.

In view of the above, Ms. Seema Sharma and Mr. Utkarsh Kumar are discharged in the present matter.

The application (CRL.M.A.2433/2024 in CRL.REV.P. 637/2023) is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking recalling of the order dated 31.05.2023 for non-compliance on the part of the petitioner. 4.

The learned counsel for the respondent submits that, by order dated 31.05.2023, the sentence was suspended, subject to the petitioner depositing further 30% of the amount of sentence with the learned Trial Court within a period of three weeks from the date of order.

has not been suspended, the learned Trial Court is not proceeding further with the matter.

Since the said amount has not been deposited and the sentence has not been suspended, as also noted by this Court by order dated 31.08.2023, no clarification is required in regard to paragraph 6 of the order dated 31.05.2023.

Since none has appeared for the petitioner.
