This is a petition filed under Section 482 of the CrPC on behalf of the petitioner for direction of expeditious disposing of the FIR No. 173/2015 and also with respect to charges framed under section 174-A against Sh. Kapil Kumar.

Learned counsel has appeared for four other accused who have not been impleaded in this petition. The petition was filed with the CRM.MC No. 1344/2024 which was disposed of vide order dated 12.01.2024 giving direction to the learned Trial Court.

Despite the same counsel being a party in the said petition, this present petition has been again filed with similar relief without disclosing The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. about the earlier petition.

It is also pertinent to observe that the petition is by the complainant and how is he impacted by the expeditious trial of the charges framed under Section 174-A of IPC against Sh. Kapil Kumar, is inexplicable. 5.

Without prejudice learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with the undertaking that he shall not be filing such frivolous petition with the similar reliefs in future. 6.

The petition is permitted to be withdrawn and is disposed of accordingly.
