Meanwhile, the present application has been filed for withdrawal of the petition on the ground that the charge sheet has already been filed and the petitioner would have his remedy in accordance with law. Consequently, the present application is allowed and on the request of the counsel for the petitioner, the main petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
