The present application under Section 483 read with Section 528 of the BNSS seeks interim bail for a period of 30 days in case FIR No. 07/2021, under Sections 302/147/148/120B/34 of the IPC, registered at P.S. Khyala on the ground that the daughter of the applicant had to undergo certain surgery at Hindu Rao Hospital.

Documents regarding the health condition of the daughter of the applicant were placed on record.

Notice was issued and the documents have been verified. 5.

handed over in Court today a statement of wife of the applicant stating that the daughter has not been admitted in the said hospital for any operation. It is further pointed out that the present applicant is an accused facing trial in a murder case of which certain public witnesses are yet to be examined. It is further stated in the status report that the present applicant had absconded and could not be arrested in the present case till 15.10.2021. In these circumstances, it is submitted that the present applicant is a flight risk. The said status report dated 22.04.2025 along with the statement of the wife of the applicant is taken on record.

Be that as it may, it has been verified that the daughter of the present applicant is not admitted in the hospital.

In view of the above, the application is dismissed and disposed of accordingly.

Pending application(s), if any, also stands disposed of. 9.
Copy of the order be sent to the concerned Jail Superintendent for necessary information and compliance.
