This petition has been filed on behalf of the Petitioners under Section Cr.P.C.

seeking quashing of Criminal Complaint Case No.4996535/2016 titled 'Rita Devi v. Deepak Kumar & Ors.' and FIR No. 677/2015 under Sections 323/325/506/34 IPC on account of the settlement agreement dated 11.10.2022.

At the outset, learned counsel for the Petitioners concedes that all the offences under the said FIR are compoundable and therefore seeks to withdraw this petition with liberty to approach the Trial Court to seek compounding.
