versus KEHAR SINGH & ORS.

Mr. Kapil Dutta and Mr. Ajjay Aroraa, Advs. for NDMC Mr. T.S. Nanda, Adv. for R8
CORAM:
HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE V. KAMESWAR RAO
O R D E R
% 20.05.2019 Learned counsel for the petitioner conceding that in earlier round of litigation initiated by the petitioner, the petitioner had been relegated to the Special Task Force. In this regard, he has drawn my attention to pages 27 to 29 of the writ petition. His grievance is that the Special Task Force is not taking any action on the illegal and unauthorised construction raised by the respondent Nos.1 to 3 herein.
Mr. Dutta, learned counsel appearing for the respondent Nos.4 to 6 states that pursuant to the order passed by this Court at pages 27 to 29 of the paper book dated January 28, 2019, the subject property has been inspected
and there exists a sanction plan but there are deviations in the property for which the action shall be taken within two weeks. He states that from time to time the petitioner shall be informed about the progress being made in the case.
Noting the aforesaid submissions, I deem it appropriate to close the writ petition but with liberty to the petitioner to approach this Court by filing an application in W.P. (C) 5809/2018 in the eventuality, no appropriate action is taken by the respondents.
The writ petition is disposed of.
CM No. 22127/2019 Dismissed as infructuous.
