Present petition has been filed under section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of interim bail in pursuance to FIR No.574/2016 registered at Police Station Seelampur for the offence punishable under section 302 IPC. 2.

Keeping in view the jail conduct of the petitioner being unsatisfactory, I am not inclined to grant interim bail to the petitioner as per HPC guidelines dated 18.05.2020.

The same is, accordingly, dismissed.
