Keeping in view the facts that the learned National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission is proceeding with the matters in accordance with its own board, while taking into consideration the pendency and age of the cases before it, this Court is of the view that it would not be appropriate to issue any direction to the learned Commission for expeditious disposal or for deciding the said applications within a time-bound manner. Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of. Pending application(s), if any, also stand disposed of.
