Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Admittedly, the order under challenge in this intra-court appeal is interlocutory in nature and the learned Single Judge himself has provided in the impugned order that the result of the practical examination shall be subject to outcome of the writ petition.

In view of the aforesaid, the order impugning the writ petition in this intra-court appeal being interlocutory in nature we are not inclined to entertain this appeal. The appeal along with pending applications is, accordingly, disposed of.
