Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that in view of various decisions of the Hon'ble Supreme Court and some of the High Courts, the concerned Magistrate is required to expeditiously decide the application under Section 156(3) Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 ["Cr.P.C"]. He submits that under the facts of the present case, an early disposal of his application under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C. is required. 4.

I have gone through the material available on record and at this stage, this Court is of the opinion that petitioner should approach the concerned Magistrate where application under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C. is pending, requesting for expeditious disposal of the same. 5.
