The present petition under Section 482 of the CrPC seeks the following prayers: - "a) Quash the Complaint bearing CT. Case/1215/2020 titled as F.I. vs Farokh R. Messman registered under Rule 102, 88, 55, 63, 61, 61-G of the Delhi Factories Rules, 1950 and Section 9(d), 83, 28, 45, 38 and 92 of the Factories Act, 1948 pending before the Ld. Metropolitan Magistrate, Shahdara, Karkardooma, Delhi all proceedings emanating there from.

b) Issue/pass any other such order which this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the present case and in the interest of justice."

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already pleaded guilty before the learned Judge Lok Adalat and has been sentenced to fine and in view of the same, the present petition has become infructuous.
