W.P.(C) 5261/2020 & CM No. 18952/2020 (Stay) The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the case of the petitioners is covered by the judgment dated 04.11.2019 of this Court passed in W.P.(C) 9088/2018, titled Mukut Pathak and ors v. Union of India & Anr.

Recording the above statement, the present petition is disposed of in terms of the abovementioned judgment.
