By way of present petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, the petitioner seeks directions to the learned MM (Mahila Court), South-West, Dwarka Courts, New Delhi to decide the application filed under Section 340 Cr.P.C.

The subject application has been filed primarily on the ground that the in the complaint instituted by the non-applicant/complainant under Section 12 of Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act ('PWDV Act') false averments have been made including details of her previous employment. Even in her income affidavit, false statements have been given concealing her educational qualifications and details of her income/expenditure.
