Appeal under Section 374 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, now Section 415 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been filed on behalf of the Appellant, Moolchand against the impugned Judgment dated 28.03.2025 passed by the learned ASJ-04, South East, Saket Courts, Delhi vide which the Appellant has been held guilty for the offences under Section 274 and Section 304A of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and sentenced vide Order dated 07.11.2024, passed by learned JMFC-09, South East, Saket Courts, Delhi vide which the Court had sentenced the Appellant to undergo The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. simple imprisonment for six months with fine of Rs.500/- in Section 279 of the IPC and one year with fine of Rs.1,000/- in Section 304A of IPC. 4.
After some arguments, learned counsel for the Appellant seeks permission to withdraw the Appeal.

In view of the submissions made, the Appeal is permitted to be withdrawn and disposed of accordingly. Pending Applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
