This writ petition is filed with the following prayers: "A. to issue the writ(s), order(s), direction(s) more in the nature of Writ of Mandamus thereby directing the respondents to provide necessary protection to the life, liberty and property of the petitioner; and B. xxxxx"

It is submitted by the learned ASC for the State, the petitioners had visited to PS Karawal Nagar and states today that presently they have no threat and they do not intend the police officials should visit at their rental accommodation. The learned ASC along with SI Ankit Kumar, PS Karawal Nagar, submits the petitioners have been provided with the mobile no. of SHO concerned as well as the mobile no. of the beat staff so that the petitioners may contact them immediately in case they receive any threat. 4.
The status report filed by the UP Police is on record wherein it shows a case bearing FIR No.662/2020 at PS Loni Border under Section 366 IPC SHARMA
was registered upon the complaint of brother of petitioner no.1 and the investigation is still pending in the said FIR. 5.
The petitioners no.1 and 2 are present today with SI Ankit Kumar, PS Karawal Nagar and they submits they are satisfied with the outcome of this petition and do not want to pursue it further. 6.
