This Court, vide order dated 15.05.2025, had granted parole to the petitioner till today.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has limited his prayer to the extent that the period of parole be extended for another period of two weeks.

The learned ASC for the State does not oppose extension of parole. 4.

Accordingly, the parole granted to the petitioner vide order dated 15.05.2025 stands extended for a period of two weeks on the same terms and conditions as contained in the aforesaid order. However, it is made clear that the petitioner shall surrender immediately after expiry of the extended period of parole.

With these directions, the writ petition stands disposed of. 6.
