By way of the present petition filed under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the petitioner seeks setting aside of the order dated 13.02.2026 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge (Special Fast Track Court), South District, Saket, whereby charges were framed against her for offences punishable under Sections 323, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860. 2.
After some arguments, Mr. Aftab Hussain, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw the present petition, without prejudice to the petitioner's right to avail appropriate remedies in accordance with law, including seeking revision of the impugned order. 3.
The petition alongwith, pending applications, is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
