1. These are three applications for disposal filed by petitioner. It is stated by the petitioner that the matter has been settled under Vivad se Vishwas-II Scheme. Hence, the applications.

I.A. 9808/2025

2. This is an application under Section 151 of CPC seeking withdrawal of the amounts deposited by the petitioner with the Registrar General, Delhi High Court.

3. Issue notice. Mr. Gupta, learned counsel appears for the respondent and has no objection.

4. Since the matter has been settled and the amount has been deposited by the petitioner, the same needs to released to the petitioner, hence, it is directed that the amount of Rs.62,97,96,898/- along with up-to-date accrued interest be released to the petitioner and/ or its nominee/ advocate.

5. The application is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. I.A. 9809/2025 & O.M.P. (COMM) 208/2021

6. This is an application under Order XXIII Rule read with Section 151 of CPC seeking withdrawal of the present petition in view of the settlement under Vivad se Vishwas-II Scheme.

7. Issue notice. Mr. Gupta, learned counsel accepts and has no objection.

8. Since the matter is settled, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn, granting liberty to the petitioner to revive the same, in case the respective obligations are not complied with.

9. The application is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. I.A. 9811/2025 10.This is an application under Section 151 of CPC seeking correction of the cause title of the case.

11.It is stated that due to typographical error, petitioner has been spelt as CALCUTTA in place of CALCATTA.

12.Issue notice. Mr. Gupta, learned counsel accepts and has no objection, therefore, the application is allowed, the name of the petitioner shall be read as:

"M/S. CALCATTA-HALDIA PORT ROAD CO. LTD." in place of "M/s CALCUTTA-HALDIA PORT ROAD CO. LTD". 13.The application is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. 14.The earlier date of hearing i.e. 17.07.2025 stands cancelled.
